American Maintenance Services began as a small two-man operation in 1994 serving a variety skilled trade needs of businesses and industries in the greater Raleigh, North Carolina area. Maturation of the company and steady business growth brought about the company's incorporation in January 1998. Today American Maintenance Services Incorporated, or AMSI, is a well established and highly regarded electrical construction and maintenance provider for a wide variety of electrical swithchgear, circuitry, and electrical utilization equipment serving industrial, commercial, and residential customers.

AMSI is a fully insured and licensed North Carolina electrical contractor with an Unlimited license classification. Headquartered in Raleigh, North Carolina we serve customers throughout piedmont and eastern North Carolina. Among our many satisfied customers are utility contractors, building contractors, modular building constructors, food processing plants, concrete plants, municipal water and waste-water systems, municipal fire departments, government entities from the local to the federal level, retail stores, offices, and homeowners.
